Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and complete customer orders within assigned warehouse zones
- Prioritize and pull expedited orders to meet established shipping timelines
- Ensure all products picked are in appropriate condition for shipment
- Adhere to safety standards, including ensuring tote weights do not exceed 50 lbs
- Monitor product locations and report discrepancies or stocking issues to a Supervisor
- Assist with general warehouse organization, cleanliness, and housekeeping
- Perform other distribution and warehouse duties as needed to support operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Warehouse, distribution, or order-picking experience preferred; training provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to follow established procedures and safety guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced distribution environment
Schedule & Employment Status:
- Full-time position
- Regular daytime hours with potential overtime based on business needs
