- Picks and assembles customer orders as indicated on the pick list.
- Completes door to door deliveries by driving company truck on assigned route.
- Maintains and safely navigates the Company vehicle.
- Documents, records, and completes driver log when making deliveries.
- Receives product deliveries and unloads delivery trucks in a timely manner.
- Inspects received products for damage and volume accuracy and documents accordingly.
- Accurately stocks inventory in the assigned warehouse location and rotates product inventory to maintain a First-IN, First-OUT (FIFO) food storage system.
- Partakes in warehouse upkeep and ensures the stockroom is clean and organized.
- Coordinates with manager and salespersons to assemble urgent deliveries to customers.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service.
- Attends semiannual inventory count on designated day, possibly on a weekend.
- Provides logistics support for Company events and functions outside of normal working hours.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Able to drive for a majority of the daily working hours.
- Able to work without sitting for extended periods of time, including standing and walking.
- Able to reach, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Able to handle and move 50+ pounds assisted frequently.
- Conversational level English required; Business level English preferred.
- Has and maintains a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and afterhours as needed.
- Maintains a positive attitude.
- Works efficiently independently and in a team.
- Adapts to frequent changes in assignments and workload.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of general warehousing experience required.
- 2+ years of driving/delivery experience preferred.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
