We are seeking a **dedicated and energetic Warehouse Assistant** to join our growing team.
This role is essential in ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.
We need someone who is **physically fit**, **responsible**, and able to **communicate clearly** with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments.
Key Responsibilities
- **Daily Warehouse Operations:** Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing stock to ensure proper inventory management and smooth workflow.
- **Picking & Packing:** Prepare orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring items are correctly packed, labeled, and ready for dispatch.
- **Stock Handling & Movement:** Load, unload, and move materials or products using manual handling techniques; maintain proper stock arrangement in designated areas.
- **Inventory Support:** Participate in regular stock checks, counting, and updating records to help maintain accurate inventory levels.
- **Warehouse Maintenance:** Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized by following safety guidelines and maintaining housekeeping standards.
- **Coordination & Communication:** Work closely with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently; communicate any issues, delays, or stock concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills, particularly in English.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items on a daily basis.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work with minimal supervision.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changes.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work cooperatively with a team.
