Responsibilities
- Manage receiving and dispatching of goods
- Control raw material stock and monitor stock levels
- Follow up on pipeline orders to ensure production is never delayed
- Assist with daily voucher entries and production related records
- Coordinate between warehouse, production and accounts
- Arrange deliveries and assign delivery routes
- Supervise the two company drivers and ensure goods are delivered properly and on time
Requirements
- Mature, hands on and responsible person
- Good warehouse knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Confidence to control people, stock and daily factory movements without constant supervision

- We are a 35 year old mid sized packaging manufacturer in Dubai operating with a lean structure and a team of 45 employees.
- Our company (API PACKAGING INDUSTRIES LLC) manufactures cling film, aluminium foil, cake boards, and baking paper.
- We have recently relocated to a new manufacturing facility and undergone a change in ownership.

Role Responsibilities
- Receiving and dispatching goods
- Controlling raw material stock
- Monitoring stock levels
- Following up on pipeline orders to make sure production is never delayed
- Assisting with daily voucher entries, production related records, and coordination between warehouse, production and accounts
- Arranging deliveries, assigning delivery routes, supervising the two company drivers, and making sure goods are delivered properly and on time
Candidate Requirements
- Strong, mature, organized and able to take responsibility
- Good warehouse knowledge, basic computer skills
- Confidence to control people, stock and daily factory movements without needing constant supervision
