Warehouse Administrator - Riyadh

Responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory control, and shipment of finished products.

The role ensures accurate inventory records, proper storage and handling of products, and timely preparation and dispatch of orders to the main branch or customers.

• Receive finished products from the Production Department.
• Inspect and count products before storing them in the warehouse and ensure they are in good condition.
• Organize and store products according to approved warehouse procedures to ensure easy access and proper protection.
• Maintain accurate records of product movement and inventory.
• Prepare and process transfer requests for shipping products to the main branch in Riyadh.
• Prepare customer orders and coordinate with transportation companies to ensure on-time delivery.
• Verify that shipped quantities match invoices and delivery documents before dispatch.
• Conduct periodic and annual inventory counts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and product handling procedures.
• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Excel and warehouse or ERP systems.
• Good English communication skills.
