Understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen awareness.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.

Basic IT skills and confidence using tablets and electronic systems.

Flexible approach to working shifts, weekends and bank holidays.

Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality and customer care.

Previous experience within a private hospital, healthcare or luxury hospitality environment.

Level 2 Food Safety qualification, or willingness to achieve this.

Formal allergen awareness training.

Experience using EPOS or tablet-based ordering systems.

Experience working to service standards, procedures and SOPs.
