- Mix and match paint colors according to specifications
- Apply paint, coatings, varnishes, and stains using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
- Protect furniture, floors, and surrounding areas with drop cloths and masking materials
- Repair minor wall defects, cracks, and damaged surfaces before painting
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Maintain painting tools and equipment in good working condition
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use protective equipment
- Estimate materials and quantities needed for projects
- Clean work areas after project completion

Job Summary
- A Painter is responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnishes, stains, and other finishes to residential, commercial, or industrial buildings and structures. They ensure high quality finishes while following safety standards and project specifications.
