Primary Responsibilities
- Lead WalkMe technology product management and digital transformation initiatives supporting business and operational objectives.
- Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to optimize workflows and automate processes.
- Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for technology solutions.
- Drive adoption of digital tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, and operational stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
- Develop business cases, funding requests, and executive-level presentations for strategic initiatives.
- Analyze user feedback, performance metrics, and operational data to identify improvements.
- Support vendor evaluations, implementation planning, and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Promote innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric design.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in digital product management, capability management, consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Ownership of end-to-end product initiatives.
- 1+ years of professional stakeholder management experience, including relationship building, priority alignment, and cross-functional communication.
- Telecommuters must adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy.
Compensation
- Canada residents have a salary range of CAD 108,500 to CAD 225,200 per year.
- Pay is based on factors including education, work experience, and certifications.
