Primary Responsibilities

• Lead WalkMe technology product management and digital transformation initiatives supporting business and operational objectives.
• Partner with business, technology, operations, and vendor teams to identify workflow optimization and automation opportunities.
• Define product vision, roadmap, requirements, and success metrics for technology solutions.
• Drive adoption of digital tools and emerging AI capabilities to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture, analytics, and operations stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Manage project priorities, risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Develop business cases, funding requests, and executive-level presentations for strategic initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback, performance metrics, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support vendor management, including solution evaluations, implementation planning, and performance monitoring.
• Foster innovation, continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric design.
