Overview
We are currently looking for a professional and customer-focused **Waitress** to join our team.
The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the Food & Beverage industry and a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve orders promptly and efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and make recommendations
- Follow all company service standards and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years of experience** in F&B service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic English communication required (Arabic is a plus)
Preferred
- Experience in cafés or specialty coffee concepts
- Currently in Qatar with transferable visa
