Waitress(Females only)

The Waitress is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by providing prompt, courteous, and professional food and beverage service to guests. The role ensures guests enjoy a memorable dining experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency in accordance with PATTIS standards. Key Responsibility Areas & Activities Guest Service - Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival. - Escort guests to their tables when required. - Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions. - Ensure guests receive attentive and personalized service throughout their dining experience. Order Taking & Service - Accurately take food and beverage orders. - Enter orders into the POS system promptly. - Serve food and beverages according to company standards. - Monitor dining tables and anticipate guest needs. - Ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain service excellence. Customer Satisfaction - Address guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally. - Resolve minor guest complaints or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary. - Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service. - Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat business. Operational Excellence - Set up and prepare dining areas before service. - Ensure tables, chairs, and service stations are clean and properly arranged. - Assist in maintaining restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Follow opening, closing, and shift procedures. Cash Handling & Billing - Present guest bills accurately. - Process cash, card, and electronic payments according to company procedures. - Ensure all transactions are recorded correctly. - Maintain accountability for assigned cash floats where applicable. Food Safety & Hygiene - Adhere to food safety, health, and hygiene regulations. - Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards. - Report any safety concerns immediately. - Ensure cleanliness of service equipment and dining areas. Teamwork & Communication - Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams. - Support colleagues during busy periods. - Participate in team meetings and training programs. - Contribute to a positive and professional work environment. Brand Representation - Represent PATTIS professionally at all times. - Maintain company service standards and values. - Promote a positive image of the company through excellent customer service.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Qualifications - High School Diploma or equivalent. - Hospitality or Food & Beverage certification is an advantage.

Experience - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in restaurants, cafés, hotels, catering, or hospitality operations preferred.

Knowledge - Understanding of restaurant operations and customer service principles. - Familiarity with POS systems. - Basic food safety and hygiene knowledge.
