About the Role
ibis Styles Dubai Dragon Mart Hotel is looking for a Waitress to provide exceptional food and beverage service. The role requires outstanding guest service skills, knowledge of menu items, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare for Food and Beverage service and serve guests in line with the Food and Beverage concept
- Provide guests with engaging and personalized service from beginning to end of service
- Demonstrate brand standards in all interactions
- Promote and maintain a positive working relationship with all colleagues
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and warm service
- Demonstrate complete understanding of Restaurant Policies & Procedures and Service Standards
- Have full knowledge of the Menu, Beverage lists and special promotions
- Understand shift end reports, non cash/cash transactions and procedures
- Operate all equipment used in the outlet
- Actively participate in all health and safety procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
- Carry out any miscellaneous duties as requested by manager
Requirements
- Must possess outstanding guest services skills, professional presentation and sophisticated communication skills
- Proficient in English (verbal & written); second language is an asset
- Must be able to handle a multitude of tasks in an intense, ever changing environment
- Previous service experience is an asset
- Available to work night shift, weekends and/or holidays
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Scope of Position
- Prepare for Food and Beverage service and serves our guests in line with the Food and Beverage concept.
- Provide guests with the full experience that encompasses engaging & personalized service from beginning to end of service.

Key Responsibilities
- Demonstrates brand standards in all interactions.
- Promote and maintain a positive working relationship at all times with all the Colleagues.
