Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks promptly to customers
- Monitor customer needs and provide excellent service throughout their visit
- Assist with billiards table bookings and customer inquiries when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining, lounge, and gaming areas
- Set up and clear tables before and after customer use
- Process customer payments and operate the POS system
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Replenish supplies and assist with inventory checks when needed
- Support the team during busy periods and special events
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waitress, server, or customer service representative preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Fluent English required

About the Role
