- Handle guest questions or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and equipment standards at your station
- Set up and break down your service area before and after each shift (mise en place)
- Use upselling techniques naturally to enhance guest experience
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures
- Join daily briefings and team meetings
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Policies and Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic (spoken)
- English proficiency preferred
- Minimum 1 2 years' experience in a restaurant or hospitality role
- Available for full time / rotating shifts, including weekends
- Well groomed, professional presentation
- Immediate availability preferred
