Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and answer questions about menu items, specials, and promotions.
• Record food and beverage orders in the POS system and relay them to kitchen and barista stations.
• Serve orders promptly while meeting presentation and temperature standards.
• Monitor tables, refill beverages, and respond proactively to guest requests.
• Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments and issue accurate receipts.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Follow Qatar Municipality health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 2 years of waitress or server experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting is required.
• Fluent English is required.
• Applicants must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability is required for evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Applicants must hold a valid Qatari ID or transferable visa with required NOC.
• A Food Handling Certificate is required.

Compensation
