- Prepare and present bills and process payments accurately
- Set up and clear tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and organized
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards
- Work effectively with kitchen and front of house staff to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good command of English
