We are seeking a ten dynamic and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses for one of our luxury Resort in Al Ain.
This role is essential to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and personalized service across dining areas.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a professional and a passion for hospitality.
As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy.
- Present menus, provide detailed food and beverage recommendations, and take accurate orders using POS systems.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Monitor guest needs throughout the meal, ensuring timely refills, replacements, and prompt resolution of any requests.
- Handle cash, card, and digital payments with accuracy, ensuring all transactions are processed securely and recorded correctly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any service discrepancies.
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times, including proper handling of food and service equipment.
- Contribute to team meetings and feedback sessions to support continuous service improvement.
- Uphold brand standards and company values in all guest interactions and daily operations.
