What You’ll Do?

***Customer Service***

Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating

Present menus and answer questions about food and drinks

Take customer orders accurately and professionally

Ensure every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience

Serve meals, beverages, and desserts efficiently

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service

Check food quality before serving guests

Support dine-in, takeaway, and delivery orders when needed

Assist with billing and cashier support during busy hours

Handle customer requests and special instructions carefully

Coordinate delivery platform orders such as Talabat and Snoonu

***Cleanliness & Hygiene***

Prepare and clean dining tables

Maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas

Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times

***Teamwork & Operations***

Support supervisors and senior team members

Assist during peak lunch and dinner service

Help ensure smooth day-to-day restaurant operations

High school education preferred

Basic English communication skills

Friendly personality with good customer service skills

Restaurant experience is an advantage but not required

Ability to stand for long hours and work flexible shifts

Pay: From QAR2,700.00 per month
