Responsibilities
- Greeting and Seating Guests:
- Welcoming customers warmly, assisting them with seating, and providing menus.
- Taking and Serving Orders:
- Accurately taking customer orders, ensuring clarity and accuracy, and delivering food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing customer inquiries and requests promptly, and anticipating their needs.
- Maintaining Table and Restaurant Cleanliness:
- Ensuring tables, chairs, and the dining area are clean and organized throughout the shift.
- Handling Payments and Cash:
- Processing payments, handling cash, and following established cash handling procedures.
- Teamwork and Communication:
- Collaborating effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and provide consistent service.
