• Be the face of the restaurant : Greet guests, take orders, and serve food and drink with confidence and flair, always with a genuine smile.
• Create moments : Recommend menu items, accommodate special requests, and anticipate guest needs to create a personalised and seamless experience.
• Support the flow : Keep your section clean, stocked, and ready for service, supporting with opening/closing tasks and helping team members as needed.
• Stay in sync : Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely, accurate, and polished service.
• Keep it spotless : Follow hygiene and safety procedures to keep the restaurant clean and compliant at all times.

To thrive in this Breakfast Casual Waiter/Waitress role, you’ll ideally bring:

• Previous experience as a restaurant server, waiter/waitress, or hospitality team member
• Strong communication skills and a warm, professional attitude
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A basic understanding of food hygiene and service standards
• Right to work in the UK and fluency in English
• A guest-first mindset and desire to be part of a supportive, upbeat team
