Role Summary
We are seeking polished, service-driven professionals to deliver an exceptional dining experience aligned with our sustainable and wellness-focused brand.
The ideal candidate is attentive, confident, and passionate about hospitality excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, professional, and personalized service to all guests
- Confidently present the menu and provide knowledgeable recommendations
- Accurately take orders and ensure timely, high-quality service
- Maintain impeccable table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards
- Process orders and payments efficiently using POS systems
- Work collaboratively with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth operations
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in a well-established **fine dining or casual fine-dining restaurant**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Genuine interest in **plant-based, vegan, and sustainable concepts**
- Professional appearance and strong service mindset
- Flexibility to work across shifts and branches as required

- Are you genuinely interested in working in a health-focused, vegan, and sustainability-driven restaurant concept?
- Have you worked in a fast-paced café or restaurant where you handled both service and bar duties simultaneously? Describe your experience.
- This is a fully vegan concept. Can you explain the difference between vegan, vegetarian, and plant-based — and give an example of how you would explain a menu item to a customer who is unfamiliar with vegan food?
- Describe a situation where you had an unhappy or difficult customer. What exactly did you do, and what was the outcome?
- If a table complains that their order is wrong during a busy service, and your manager is unavailable, what do you do?
- What does "upselling" mean to you, and give an example of how you have done it in a previous role?
- Are you available to work split shifts, weekends, and public holidays without exception?
- Have you operated a coffee machine before? If yes, which machine and what drinks can you prepare independently?

- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience
- in a fine dining or casual fine-dining restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language
