- Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction
- Recommend menu items and upsell products
- Handle customer complaints politely and inform supervisors if needed
- Process bills and accept payments (cash, card, POS systems)
- Follow UAE hygiene and food safety regulations
- Work closely with kitchen and team members for smooth operations
Requirements
- Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service skills and friendly attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of basic food safety and hygiene
- High school certificate or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurants, hotels, or cafes
- UAE experience: 1 year (Required)
