Role Overview
The role provides personalized service and supports exceptional guest dining experiences.
The position is based in Dubai and concerns hotel food and beverage operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to guests.
- Report unresolved complaints to supervisors and follow up with guests.
- Maintain awareness of hotel activities and hand over pending points between shifts.
- Perform assigned opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.
- Handle cash and credit card payments.
- Explain food and beverage products and recommend combinations.
- Upsell and cross-sell food and beverage products.
- Maintain grooming and hygiene standards.
- Support supervisors, colleagues, and other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- A relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or tourism management is preferred.
- Minimum two years of hotel operations experience is required.
- Good customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
