- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Present menus, explain menu items, daily specials, and answer customers' questions regarding food and beverages
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring high standards of service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond efficiently to requests, complaints, and special requirements
- Prepare and arrange dining tables, ensuring cleanliness and proper table settings before and after service
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Process bills and handle cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area in accordance with company policies and health regulations
- Assist in setting up and closing restaurant operations, including restocking supplies and organizing service stations
