Position Overview
The Waiter position is in the Food and Beverage and Culinary job category at a St. Regis property in Riyadh.

Food and Beverage Service
- Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages and set tables according to event type and service standards.
- Answer menu questions and coordinate with the kitchen about wait times, order corrections, product availability, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.
- Record orders in the MICROS system, check guest satisfaction, present accurate checks, and process payments.
Cleanliness and Closing
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, and glassware throughout the day.
- Complete closing duties, including restocking items and turning off lights.
Guest and Team Service
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
- Communicate clearly and professionally, maintain positive working relationships, support team goals, and respond appropriately to employee concerns.
