Role Overview
A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking experienced Waiters for its In-Room Dining team.
The role delivers professional, timely, high-quality dining experiences to guests in their rooms.
The ideal candidate has prior hotel room service or luxury Food and Beverage experience.
Responsibilities
- Take, prepare, and deliver in-room dining orders accurately according to hotel service standards.
- Present food and beverage items professionally before delivery.
- Deliver orders to guest rooms in a timely, courteous, and discreet manner.
- Set up trays, trolleys, and dining arrangements according to luxury hotel standards.
- Explain menu items, order details, condiments, and special requests to guests.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and minor concerns, escalating when required.
- Present bills accurately and follow payment procedures.
- Coordinate with kitchen, order takers, stewarding, and other Food and Beverage team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of service equipment and back-of-house areas.
- Clear trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, health, safety, and hotel operating standards.
- Maintain proper grooming, appearance, and professional conduct.
