A waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food & beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food, coffee, and drinks efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set
- Check on customers during their meal for satisfaction
- Handle customer requests, complaints, or feedback professionally
- Process bills and handle payments (cash/card)
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen/barista for smooth service
- Follow hygiene and safety standards

Skills & Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, polite, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills (for billing)
- Team player with positive attitude
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus (but not mandatory)

- Preferred for Café
- Basic knowledge of coffee/menu items
- Ability to recommend items (upselling desserts, drinks)
- Presentable and well-groomed appearance

- Flexible shifts (including weekends & holidays)
- Standing for long hours

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
