- Process bills and payments
- Follow health and safety standards
- Support team members during busy service periods
Requirements
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and clear Communication
- Practical experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations
- Basic understanding of Cooking or food preparation processes
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, collaborative attitude
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred
- Basic English language skills required

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Waiter role based in Doha, Qatar.
- The Waiter is responsible for greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
- Daily tasks include setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is clean and well presented, and coordinating with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
- The role includes answering guest questions about menu items, making recommendations, and handling special requests or dietary needs.
- The Waiter is also expected to process bills and payments, follow health and safety standards, and support team members during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Strong customer facing skills, including Customer Service and clear Communication.
- Practical experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations.
- Basic understanding of Cooking or food preparation processes to discuss menu items confidently.
- Ability to work in a fast paced hospitality environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and a positive, collaborative attitude toward colleagues and guests.
- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel service is preferred; basic English language skills required, additional languages are an advantage.
