About Softly

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to join our store at Silicon Central Mall, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Requirements
- Currently residing in Dubai
- Previous experience in a café, ice cream shop, juice bar, bakery, restaurant, or similar F&B environment
- Own valid visa with permission to work in the UAE
- Good English communication skills
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to join immediately
Responsibilities
- Welcome and serve customers professionally
- Take orders accurately and process payments through the POS system
- Prepare and serve products according to company standards
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the shop
- Restock supplies and assist with daily opening and closing duties
- Work closely with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience
