Job Title: Multi-Role Operations Staff (Cashier / Dispatch / Waiter / Supplier Coordinator)
Job Summary
We are urgently looking for a reliable and versatile professional to handle multiple responsibilities including cashiering, dispatch coordination, customer service, and supplier management.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, especially supporting daily kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle cashier duties including billing, payments, and daily cash reconciliation
- Manage order dispatch, ensuring timely and accurate delivery coordination
- Serve customers professionally, taking orders and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Coordinate with suppliers for daily kitchen needs, ensuring timely procurement and stock availability
- Maintain proper communication between kitchen, suppliers, and front-of-house operations
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Support overall daily operations as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, or similar role preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of cashiering and POS systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in supplier coordination or purchasing
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and inventory management
- Experience in UAE is an advantage
- Ability to communicate in Arabic is a plus
