About the Job
Quince Restaurant & Café in Dubai is seeking a Senior Waiter for a full-time, on-site position.
The role focuses on dining-area supervision, smooth service operations, and personalized guest service.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee the dining area and ensure smooth service operations.
- Take and manage orders efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure every table receives exceptional attention.
Service Standards
- Monitor service quality and maintain cleanliness and organization within the dining section.
- Guide junior staff and uphold the restaurant’s standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a waiter in a high-end or high-volume restaurant or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of fine dining service standards and guest relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to lead, train, and guide junior service staff.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to remain composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic administrative tasks is a plus.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500 per month.

- The work location is in person.
