Job Description
- Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth front line food service operations.
- The role includes serving customers, maintaining cleanliness of service areas, ensuring proper food presentation, and supporting overall dining service operations in accordance with company standards and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements

- Preferred: Diploma in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage Service, or related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Food Safety Level 1 or Level 2 Certification, Customer Service Training Certification, Basic Health and Safety Training.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in food service, hospitality, catering, or customer service role preferred.
- Experience in institutional catering, hospitality, or similar environment is an advantage.
