Position Summary

Create memorable and unique guest experiences throughout the entire stay.

Take initiative to deliver services, process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share local-area highlights.

Core Responsibilities

  • Follow company policies and procedures, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, uphold quality standards, and communicate professionally.
  • Remain active on the property for extended periods and handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • No license or certification is required.

Schedule

  • The position is full time.

Workplace

  • The role is based at W Dubai, West Crescent, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  • The position is not remote and involves moving around the property.
