Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of underwriters.

Create a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.

Personally underwrite and approve residential mortgage loans while maintaining your own active pipeline.

Handle sophisticated transactions including jumbo and complex lending scenarios.

Monitor workflow, service levels, and productivity.

Leadership role with visibility and impact across the organization.
