Full Job Posting

The VP Technology Implementation & Deployment will be responsible for successful implementation and deployment of Omega’s technology solutions across large healthcare provider organizations.

This position will serve as the executive leader for customer technology deployments, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Operations, Services, and Client teams to ensure customer commitments are translated into successfully deployed, production-ready solutions.

The role owns implementation governance, deployment execution, customer executive engagement, technology readiness, go-live success, and deployment scalability.

While delivery is performed through globally distributed teams, accountability for successful technology deployment outcomes rests with this role.

This position works closely with a peer Services Deployment Leader responsible for operational transition and managed services readiness.

Establish governance frameworks and implementation success criteria at project initiation.

Enterprise Orchestration

  • Coordinate execution across Product Management, Engineering, Data, Integration, Security, Operations, and Services teams.

Platform Standardization & Deployment Excellence

  • Drive implementation standardization, scalability, and repeatability across customer engagements.
  • Balance customer requirements with platform standardization objectives.
  • Establish reusable implementation methodologies, playbooks, governance frameworks, and deployment best practices.

Partner with Product and Engineering teams to reduce implementation complexity and improve deployment efficiency.

Organization & Team Leadership

  • Lead and develop a high-performing implementation and deployment organization.
  • Drive operational excellence, execution discipline, and continuous improvement.
