About the Role
Pashet is seeking a VP/Sr. VP - Relationship Management Head to lead the Dubai Sales desk, acquire and manage NRI relationships, and drive sales of wealth management products. The role requires prior experience in overseas wealth management/private banking, team handling, and an existing client network.

- Recruit and manage a team of Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers
- Plan and achieve self and team sales targets through defined Wealth Management products
- Acquire NRI clients and maintain client relationships to generate AUM
- Learn and update on available investment opportunities/financial market trends
- Fulfill compliance standards in Financial Planning, Asset Allocation and Product Sales
- Recruit, train and ensure seamless induction of new team members, manage attrition
- Conduct and assist in organizing seminars, workshops and other business development activities

Role Overview
- The RM Head is the ultimate face of our Dubai Sales desk, final point of contact with the client. Responsible for acquiring NRI relationships and managing & retaining such relationships.
Pre requisites
- Candidate with prior experience working in overseas Wealth Management/Private Banking set up, experienced in driving sales.
- Should have stability of minimum tenure of 3 4 years in the current organization.
- Team managing and handling in the current experience is a must.
- Should have own set of Client relationships and AUM and also the team client relationships.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Recruitment and managing a team of Relationship Managers / Senior Relationship Managers.

Additional Requirements
- Candidate should have min 3 4 yrs of team handling experience of wealth managers / RM wealth.
- Indian National only who are dealing in NRI investments would be the best fit.
- The RM Head would have his own individual targets as well as team targets.
- Should have a healthy AUM which he can move with him + can bring some RMs along with him from his previous organisation.
