What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a team of Account Executives across the West Coast region.
  • Act as a strategic force in key regulated verticals.
  • Accurately forecast revenue on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Drive outbound and field sales activity.
  • Partner closely with Revenue Operations, Product, Legal, Customer Success, and Marketing.
  • Continuously recruit and develop top tier talent.
  • Report directly to the SVP, Global Sales, Commercial.

What You Need

  • 7+ years of quota carrying sales experience with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding goals in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience scaling and leading field sales teams targeting Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Strong preference for supply chain, compliance, third party risk, or procurement solution experience.
  • Mastery of MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Based in Pacific or Mountain time zones or Texas.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
