Responsibilities
- Oversee end to end development of commercial and residential projects, including site selection, feasibility analysis, and project planning.
- Lead cross functional teams, manage external consultants and contractors, and coordinate with regulatory authorities.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, evaluate investment opportunities, and optimize property performance.
- Report on development progress to senior leadership and build strategic partnerships.
- Guide design and construction decisions to drive value creation across the real estate portfolio.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate development with a proven track record of delivering commercial and residential projects.
- Proven experience in off plan sales projects (Wafi platform).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are preferred.
- Knowledge of feasibility studies and investment opportunity evaluation.

Role Description
- The VP Real Estate Development is a full time, on site leadership role based in the Riyadh Region.
- Responsible for overseeing end to end development of commercial and residential projects.
- Includes site selection, feasibility analysis, project planning, leading cross functional teams, managing consultants and contractors, and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
- Day to day tasks include monitoring budgets and timelines, evaluating investment opportunities, optimizing property performance, and reporting to senior leadership.
- Also involves building strategic partnerships, guiding design and construction decisions, and driving value creation.
Qualifications
