Responsibilities
- Own the overall product vision and strategy, anchored in a market thesis
- Build and lead Voyantic’s emerging cloud offering on top of testing and encoding products
- Identify new applications and segments to maintain leadership in RAIN RFID and NFC test and measurement
- Be a credible voice with customers and partners, earning trust through fluency in their production realities
- Drive product market fit by synthesizing customer understanding into clear direction
- Build technology partnerships with complementary equipment manufacturers
- Develop strategic partnerships to open new segments and represent Voyantic externally
- Lead and develop the product team, setting overall direction and maintaining prioritization discipline
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations across the full product lifecycle
Requirements
- 10+ years in product management for technically complex products combining hardware and software
- Proven experience building or leading cloud, SaaS, or platform products
- Strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing processes
- Outward, customer and market driven approach
- Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels in a multicultural setting

Role Overview
- We are looking for an outward facing product leader whose center of gravity sits at the customer and market boundary.
- You will sit on the management team, report to the General Manager, and lead a small product team spanning product management and solution architecture.
- A defining part of this role is to shape the vision for Voyantic's emerging cloud solutions and lead the effort to make it real.
What You Will Do
- Own the overall product vision and strategy, anchored in a market thesis.
- Build and lead Voyantic’s emerging cloud offering from vision through architecture, commercial model, and go to market.
- Identify new applications and segments to keep Voyantic the leader in RAIN RFID and NFC test and measurement.
- Be a credible, trusted voice with sophisticated customers and partners.
- Drive product market fit: synthesize first hand understanding across many customers into clear direction.
- Build technology partnerships with complementary equipment manufacturers.
- Develop strategic partnerships that open new segments and represent Voyantic externally.
- Lead and develop the product team while setting overall direction and keeping prioritization and lifecycle discipline strong.
- Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations across the full product lifecycle.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years in product management for technically complex products combining hardware and software (deep tech or test and measurement).
- Proven experience building or leading cloud, SaaS, or platform products.
- A strong understanding of industrial production and manufacturing processes.
- A genuinely outward, customer and market driven approach with the judgment to form a clear product thesis.
- Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels, internally and externally, in a multicultural setting.
- Familiarity with RAIN RFID, NFC, or adjacent RF technologies is useful but not required.
