Role overview
The Vice President of Product Management will own the strategy, execution, and lifecycle of MyCrewCare, a mobile app for crew engagement.
The role connects customers, engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to scale the product and deliver measurable business value.
The growth mandate focuses on increasing engagement, retention, and adoption across crew users and airline or operator clients.
Strategy and delivery
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap around Features Used per Session.
- Translate business goals and market opportunities into product requirements and technical specifications.
- Lead engineering, design, and QA through agile development from ideation to launch and optimization.
- Own the backlog and prioritize features using return on investment, effort, and data-informed trade-offs.
