Role Overview

  • The VP of Sales will define and execute Brand Aid's commercial roadmap across Qatar, UAE, and Kuwait.
  • This is a leadership role for a proven GCC commercial leader who is proactive in business development, capable of building a high performance multi country sales team, ensuring the pipeline is always full and structured, training teams on proper sales process, and securing major government and enter

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Drive BD across 3 GCC markets — always hunting new clients
  • Commercial Strategy: Define GCC wide sales roadmap and new business targets
  • Pipeline Management: Own and ensure a full, structured pipeline across all markets
  • Team Leadership & Training: Train and develop country teams on proper sales process
  • Enterprise & Gov Sales: Secure major government and enterprise contracts across GCC
  • Revenue & Upselling: Maximize growth from existing accounts + new client acquisition

Responsibilities in Detail

  • Drive proactive new business development across Qatar, UAE & Kuwait
  • Build and maintain a structured, full multi country pipeline at all times
  • Ensure consistent targeting of new clients and systematic follow up
  • Attend regional industry forums, exhibitions and events to generate leads
  • Report pipeline status, conversion rates and forecasts to Group CCO
  • Define and execute GCC wide revenue roadmap across 3 markets
  • Own revenue targets, forecasting and P&L per market
  • Maximize upselling and cross selling across existing enterprise accounts
  • Monitor market trends and identify high value new opportunities
  • Prepare business cases, proposals and executive level presentations
  • Lead and develop country level sales managers across 3 GCC markets
  • Train teams on proper sales process, pipeline & BD

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 12–18 years in sales, 5+ in VP / Director leadership
  • Proven proactive BD and lead generation track record in GCC
  • Background: marketing, media, production, events or exhibitions
  • Strong government & enterprise client relationships across GCC
  • Fluent Arabic & English with executive presence
