About the Opportunity
Moody's is seeking a leader for analytic data operations supporting credit research, analytical processes, and informed business decisions.
The role connects data operations with downstream analytical outcomes, including credit analysis, models, visualizations, and business decision-making.
Skills and Competencies
- 12+ years leading data analytics and operations teams, credit research, or related capital markets functions in financial services.
- Strong understanding of credit risk and end-to-end financial data lifecycle management, including quality, integrity, and process improvement.
- Experience with Bloomberg, FactSet, Intex, LSEG/Refinitiv, S&P Capital IQ, or comparable financial data providers.
- Strong SQL, relational database, Power BI, and Tableau proficiency, with relevant data analytics or visualization certifications.
- Strong stakeholder leadership, analytical, problem-solving, communication, and executive reporting skills.
- Experience managing managers and distributed teams while driving strategic initiatives.
- Basic understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI systems, with interest in responsible AI practices.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, finance, economics, business, or accounting.
