Overview
We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive the structuring and execution of sophisticated, cross-border transactions.
The Vice President of Complex Transaction Solutions will oversee innovative deal structures, risk management strategies, and client advisory services, ensuring optimal outcomes for high-value corporate and institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Transaction structuring: Design and implement advanced financing solutions, including derivatives, securitizations, and structured products.
- Deal execution: Lead end-to-end management of complex transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and client objectives.
- Risk management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and legal risks inherent in complex deals.
- Client advisory: Provide strategic guidance to senior executives, boards, and institutional investors on transaction structures and market opportunities.
- Cross-border expertise: Navigate international financial regulations, tax implications, and cultural considerations in global transactions.
- Team leadership: Mentor junior bankers and analysts, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
- Market intelligence: Monitor global capital markets, regulatory changes, and emerging financial instruments to inform strategy.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking, structured finance, or corporate advisory.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex financial transactions.
- Strong expertise in derivatives, securitization, and structured product design.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship management skills.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or MBA preferred.
- CFA or equivalent professional certification is a plus.
