Role Description
The Volunteer will support SHANAVAS UV by collecting, verifying, and sharing news and updates relevant to unemployed individuals.
The role is full-time and remote and involves online communication, basic data entry, and virtual coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Research job openings, government notifications, skill development programs, and other opportunities.
- Verify sources and prepare concise summaries for distribution across digital channels.
- Maintain and organize content so information stays accurate and up to date.
- Respond to basic inquiries from community members.
- Coordinate with other volunteers on information accuracy and content delivery.
- Participate in virtual meetings to plan outreach and improve content delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to research information online, verify sources, and summarize key details clearly and accurately.
- Strong written communication skills for producing simple, understandable content.
- Basic digital literacy with social media, messaging applications, and online collaboration tools.
