About the Role
Melodica Music & Dance Academy, the largest network of music and dance schools in the UAE, is seeking a Vocal Coach. The role involves teaching voice and piano, preparing students for exams and performances.

Responsibilities
- Teach vocal and piano lessons to students of various ages and levels
- Prepare students for ABRSM exams, concerts, recitals, and competitions
- Participate in school events including summer/winter camps
- Maintain professional development and stay current with teaching methods
Requirements
- Ability to play and teach at least one musical instrument, with strong musicianship and artistry
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Music (or similar); teaching certification is a plus
- Minimum 2 years' teaching experience; able to teach ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory (violin/vocal teachers must also teach Piano to Grade 3+)
- Fluent English (spoken and written); intermediate MS Office skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for teaching all ages and levels
- Self motivated, flexible, and able to work independently
- Willing to participate in concerts, recitals, competitions, exams, and school events (including summer/winter camps)
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with teaching methods
- Professional appearance and conduct at all times

Overview
- We are the largest network of music and dance schools in the UAE, and we're growing over 30 branches in Dubai, 4 in Abu Dhabi, plus branches in Al Ain and Sharjah. We're always looking for great teachers to join the team!
Contract and Benefits
- 2 year employment contract with 30 days of paid annual leave
- UAE work visa + medical insurance provided
- Free piano and English language classes
- Personal classroom, instruments, teaching materials, and complete curricula provided
- Access to professional development: MTB, ABRSM, Trinity, and in house training programs
- Accommodation provided for the first 3 months (cost automatically deducted from salary)
- Flight ticket up to 1500 AED
Working Hours / Fixed Schedule
- 42 hours per week
- 6 working days per week
- 1 fixed day off on a weekday
