About the Role
Knot Home is hiring a Visual Storyteller (Photo & Video) for a full-time role based in Dubai. The role involves daily production of photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, including Reels, Stories, lifestyle photography, and product content.

Responsibilities
- Shoot high quality Reels, Stories, and Posts daily
- Capture lifestyle photography and behind the scenes moments
- Produce social first videos every day
- Create product focused content without feeling like an advertisement
- Bring content pillars from the Social Playbook to life (product stories, craftsmanship, styling, etc.)
- Edit content for daily publishing including color correction, sound design, music selection, and subtitles
- Contribute creative ideas inspired by Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, fashion, cinema, etc.
Requirements
- 1–4+ years creating social first content
- Strong photography skills
- Excellent videography skills
- Experience editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut
- Lightroom knowledge
- Ability to work quickly without compromising quality
- Good understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Strong eye for lighting and composition
- Basic understanding of storytelling

Role Overview
- The Visual Storyteller is responsible for producing all photo and video content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest.
- You'll be creating content every day, working closely with the Social Media Manager, Stylist, Creative Strategist and Marketing Team.
- If you naturally notice beautiful light, love filming real human moments and enjoy making content that doesn't feel like advertising, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot high quality Reels, Stories and Posts daily.
- Capture lifestyle photography and behind the scenes moments.
- Produce social first videos every day.
- Create product focused content without making it feel like an advertisement.
- Bring every content pillar from the Social Playbook to life (product stories, craftsmanship, styling, customer experience, etc.).
- Capture product imagery, lifestyle photography, interior styling, team portraits, customer homes, events, editorial campaigns.
- Film Instagram Reels, TikToks, product demonstrations, mini documentaries, founder interviews, customer stories, interior transformations.
- Edit content for daily publishing including color correction, sound design, music selection, basic motion graphics, subtitle creation, platform specific exports, thumbnail selection.
- Maintain a consistent editing style across all content.
- Bring inspiration from Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, fashion campaigns, luxury brands, architecture, cinema, lifestyle creators.
Skills & Experience
- 1–4+ years creating social first content.
- Strong photography skills.
- Excellent videography skills.
- Experience editing in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut.
