Visual Merchandising Manager

Lead the visual merchandising strategy for Lacoste's flagship store, ensuring the brand is brought to life through inspiring product presentation, exceptional store standards, and commercial excellence.

Working closely with the management team, you will drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and ensure the store is always presented to the highest standard.

Your mission:

• Deliver and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards across the store.
• Lead seasonal launches, floor moves, window displays, and merchandising updates.
• Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Coach and develop the team to ensure consistent execution of VM standards.
• Ensure the store is always visit-ready for stakeholders and key business partners.
• Partner with senior management to deliver commercial and visual objectives.
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Operations and Back of House teams to ensure effective stock flow and presentation.
• Support key trading events, including occasional night shifts for launches and sales periods.
