Visual Merchandiser – Qatar
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to elevate our in-store experience and bring our brand vision to life across retail spaces in Qatar.
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in shaping how customers engage with our collections, ensuring every display tells a compelling story while driving sales and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute impactful in-store displays aligned with seasonal campaigns and brand guidelines
- Style mannequins and product layouts to highlight key pieces and maximize visual appeal
- Monitor and maintain store presentation standards across all locations
- Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to align visual direction with commercial strategy
- Analyze sales performance and customer behavior to optimize display effectiveness
- Train store teams on visual standards and merchandising techniques
Requirements
- Minimum 3years of experience in visual merchandising within fashion or luxury retail
- Strong creative eye with a deep understanding of styling, color, and composition
- Ability to translate brand identity into engaging physical spaces
- Commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel across store locations within Qatar
