A prestigious luxury retail brand in Dubai is seeking a Visual Merchandiser with 3+ years of experience in luxury retail. You will design and implement visually compelling displays for fine jewelry collections, maintain brand standards, and optimize product placement.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement visually compelling displays that showcase luxury jewelry collections in line with brand standards
- Create and maintain elegant window displays and in store presentations that enhance the customer experience
- Develop merchandising concepts for new collections, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
- Ensure all displays reflect the brand's luxury positioning, craftsmanship, and attention to detail
- Optimize product placement to maximize visibility, customer interaction, and commercial performance
- Maintain consistency in visual merchandising standards across all retail locations
- Work closely with marketing, retail operations, and store teams to execute visual campaigns effectively
- Conduct regular store visits to assess display quality and recommend improvements
- Manage visual merchandising materials, props, lighting, and display fixtures to create premium retail environments
- Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to recommend merchandising improvements
- Stay updated on luxury retail trends, jewelry merchandising techniques, and competitor activities
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising within luxury retail, premium fashion, jewelry, watches, or high end lifestyle brands
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury visual merchandising projects
- Excellent understanding of luxury customer experience and premium retail presentation
- Strong aesthetic sense with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Flexibility to travel between store locations if required

About the Role
