About the Role
Rohaan Constructions is hiring a Visual Designer with strong photography and videography skills to create compelling visual content for digital and offline platforms. The role involves graphic design, product photography, lifestyle shoots, video production, and motion graphics.

Responsibilities
- Design high quality graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, email campaigns, and presentations
- Create and maintain a consistent brand visual identity across all marketing collaterals
- Develop creative layouts, typography treatments, and visual systems for campaigns
- Plan and execute product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate event photography
- Manage studio and on location shoots, including lighting setup and equipment handling
- Perform post processing and retouching of photographs
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media reels, YouTube, and brand campaigns
- Handle end to end video production including pre production planning, shooting, and post production editing
- Create motion graphics, animated transitions, and visual effects for video content
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Photography, or related field
- 3 6 years of hands on experience in visual design with a strong portfolio
- Proven experience in photography (product, lifestyle, corporate) and videography
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Expertise in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting rigs, and studio equipment
- Strong knowledge of video editing, colour grading, and audio mixing
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals
- Prepare print ready artwork and ensure quality control across all design outputs
- Plan and execute product photography, lifestyle shoots, and corporate event photography
- Manage studio and on location shoots, including lighting setup and equipment handling
- Perform post processing and retouching of photographs using industry standard tools
- Maintain and organize a structured photo library and archive
- Source and brief external photographers when required
- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit video content for social media reels, YouTube, and brand campaigns
- Handle end to end video production including pre production planning, shooting, and post production editing
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Visual Design, Fine Arts, Mass Communication, Photography, or a related field
- 3–6 years of hands on experience in visual design with a strong portfolio
- Proven experience in photography (product, lifestyle, corporate) and videography
- Experience with end to end video production — from concept to final delivery
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects
- Expertise in camera operations (DSLR/mirrorless), lighting rigs, and studio equipment
- Strong knowledge of video editing, colour grading, and audio mixing
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva for digital first deliverables
- Understanding of file formats, export specifications, and resolution standards for print and digital
- Strong creative vision with keen attention to detail and aesthetics
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple briefs simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in drone photography / aerial videography
- Knowledge of 3D design or CGI tools (Cinema 4D, Blender)
- Background in fashion, lifestyle, FMCG, or tech brand photography
- Experience managing social media visual content calendars
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles
